When picking the collection, this rose stopped Ang in her tracks. The interesting colour, high petal count and plant habit combined with scent, made it stand out in a field of thousands of varieties. The Lady Gardener™ is a shrub rose that bares large apricot to light pink flowers. In our experience growing in Zone 6b, the rose colour leans more light pink. It is a fragrant rose with a light tea scent carrying undertones of lavender and cedar according to the David Austin website. Less experience noses, just know that is smells light, airy and amazing.
